General Conditions of Participation – “Wheel of Fortune” Game
1. Game organizer
The “Wheel of Fortune” game is organized by the company Biosalines , SAS whose registered office is located at 4 cours Bailly des Écotais, 17410 Saint-Martin-de-Ré, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of La Rochelle under number 853 703 205 , hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”.
2. Conditions of participation
Participation in the game is free , without obligation to purchase , and open to any adult (18 years or older) residing in mainland France.
Biosalines staff members, their families, as well as anyone involved in setting up the game are excluded from participation.
3. Terms of participation

The game is accessible via the website www.biosalines.com .

To participate, the user must spin the Wheel of Fortune and provide a valid email address.

Each participant can play only once during the entire duration of the game .

Prizes are awarded randomly and in unlimited quantity during the game period.
4. Duration of the game
The game is open from July 30, 2025 to August 31, 2025 , inclusive.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the game at any time, particularly in the event of force majeure or technical problems beyond its control.

The randomly awarded prizes are as follows:

👉 If you win a free product (excluding a discount voucher), it can be added free of charge to an order placed on the website www.biosalines.com .
To benefit from it, the customer must add the product won to their basket , then enter the promotional code received when confirming their order.
The product can only be shipped in addition to an order of a minimum amount of €3 , in order to be integrated into an existing shipment.
Discount vouchers can be used according to the conditions specified when they are issued, in particular their validity date .
Prizes, whether in the form of discounts or products, cannot be exchanged, refunded or converted into cash .
6. Designation of winners
Winners are chosen automatically and instantly when the wheel is spun, using a random algorithm.
Each participation immediately results in the display of any potential winnings.
7. Liability
The Organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of:

technical malfunctions preventing the game from running smoothly;

invalid or fraudulent entries;

interruption or cancellation of the game due to force majeure or logistical problems.
8. Use of personal data
The personal data collected (email address, etc.) are intended exclusively for Biosalines for the purposes of the game and, where applicable, for information purposes or commercial offers if the participant has expressly consented.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act , each participant has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose the processing of their data.

9. Acceptance of the regulations
Participation in the game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules.
No dispute may be accepted concerning the conduct of the game, the draw or the allocation of prizes.
